Executive Communications Manager

Overview

The Executive Communications and Marketing Lead plays a critical role driving awareness and engagement and sales pipeline with Corbin Advisors through the development and execution of a CEO focus Marketing agenda including social media, events, public relations, book development, sponsorships and other activities. The successful candidate will maintain a CEO Communications and Marketing calendar, work with Corbin Creative on the development of graphics, animations and video content, draft social media posts, staff public relations opportunities and sponsorships or events.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive end to end strategy for CEO Marketing
Take a data-driven approach to marketing, evaluating performance of CEO Marketing, to drive continuous improvement
Write social media posts in a consistent voice and publish across social platforms
Develop and maintain social media calendar and drive timely development of creative to support posts
Follow industry trends to identify potential social media marketing opportunities
Demonstrate a self-directed and proactive approach to tackling problems and leveraging resources
Maintain a consistent brand voice and image throughout all marketing collateral and communications, both internal and external
Connect the key elements of the CEO Agenda to the broader enterprise marketing agenda to ensure alignment and integration

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications and 1-3 years Social Media Marketing experience preferred
Strong knowledge of social media best practices and how to grow and engage with social media followers in a B2B environment
Strong writer, easily grasping complex ideas and able to communicate them clearly in a complex field
Dedication to excellence, a positive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are important
Ability to communicate effectively, both internally and externally
Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
