Doug is a member of the Advisory Group and serves as a client advisor, providing counsel on value creation strategies. He brings 12 years of sell-side equity research experience across a multitude of sectors and covering as a capital markets expert, advises clients on valuation, financial communication, including earnings, investment thesis development, and special announcements, and capital allocation strategy. He is passionate about working with public companies to achieve full valuation.
Having followed over 20 industries during his career, Doug has covered more than 120 different companies ranging from small to large market capitalization, including single and multi-segment organizations with both domestic and global operations. The breadth of coverage over the course of his career has provided valuable experience interacting with IROs, executive management teams, institutional investors and developed expert knowledge of the investment research process. Doug has tremendous insight and familiarity with best-in-class investor relations practices and strategies for companies to maximize their valuation potential.
Prior to joining Corbin, Doug worked for various investment banks including Goldman Sachs, UBS, and Deutsche Bank, and served as a lead analyst covering the small cap restaurant space. Doug has an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Pepperdine University and a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University.
Outside the office, Doug enjoys spending time with his family and participating in outdoor activities including skiing, running, golf, and swimming.
