About Mark

A results-driven senior operating executive and strategy expert who drives value creation, Mark Hayes is the Executive Vice President and Chief Client Officer of Corbin Advisors. Mark is active with Pre-IPO, IPO, Corporate, Investment Partnerships, Private Equity and Nonprofit Organizations, where he collaborates with Board and C-Suite leaders to develop strategy and transform their organizations, domestically and internationally, for sustained impact operationally, financially, and culturally, including advising on more than 60 multi-billion-dollar equity-oriented investment strategies.

 

Prior to joining Corbin, Mark held senior executive leadership roles across corporate, business, field, shared services, staff areas, and delivery system organizations, where he was responsible for incubating new global businesses, scaling nascent businesses, turning around and accelerating existing business through the development of transformational strategy, best in class engagement cultures, leading operating performance and strong financial results, including leading levels of employee engagement and breakthrough innovation for P&L impact.

 

Mark has been an active member of the Nonprofit community for over two decades and currently serves on the Board of the Hartford Symphony Orchestra, where he is a member of the Executive Committee, Chair of the Governance Committee, past Chair of the Finance and Development Committees and on the Board of the Marlborough Athletic League. Mark is also a past Executive Board Member of the World Affairs Council of Connecticut, Juvenile Diabetes of Greater Hartford, the Campaign Chair for the oldest continuously operating food bank in the United States and the Campaign Chair for a best-in-class Annual Giving Campaign.
